Return Policy
RETURNS
You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to request a return.
If more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with its tag, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
The package must be returned with all its original contents if the entire order is being returned (gift: card + jewelry).
Please include your order number in the package, by email, or via our Instagram messaging.
The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted or refused:
*Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged.
*Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
*Any order returned in its entirety without the gift pouch.
*Any item not returned in its original packaging.
*Any item without its tag.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We replace any item that is unsuitable, defective, or damaged within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at: info@miliaparis.com
and send your item to the following address:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
