What are your products' shipping times?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the chosen shipping method.
3 to 6 days for Mondial Relay and 2 to 3 business days for La Poste.

Do you provide product tracking information?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please send us the damaged item so we can process a refund or exchange to the following address:

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their items.
